Yes, we will pay for most clearances. However, every state has different guidelines and there are instances where GHR may not be able to pay for certain clearances.
We understand not everything will be a perfect fit. We require that you give two weeks’ notice for the current assignment you are working to allow us to find proper coverage for the client, while still finding you a new placement that is more suitable.
“Temp” is short for ‘temporary employee’ and is a term widely used in the staffing industry to identify personnel being contracted by a third party. The term can be misleading as many of GHR’s clients contract our staff for ongoing and oftentimes, permanent positions. GHR is an employee-based agency and generally refers to our external employees as ‘staff’, although in many cases, the terms are interchangeable.
You will receive an email from our Credentialing Department containing a link for the website where you can make an appointment and view locations closest to your home.
No, we do not. The results are sent to you via email or US mail. Once you receive them, you are required to send a copy of the results to us.
You can purchase your clearances from GHR for the exact amount that GHR paid. Once we receive the reimbursement, we will then send copies of them to you.

No. GHR Education Employees follow a school schedule, which means that no work is performed on major holidays, and employees are not paid. GHR Education does not offer PTO.
Pay is weekly, every Friday.
As an W3 employee, taxes have to be taken out. That means you’ll receive an IRS Form W-2 in January. In contrast, if you’re an independent contractor, you’ll get full pay with no deductions and you are liable for your own taxes.

Yes. You will be provided with information to register using iPayStatements through ADP, our payroll provider. You will be able to access your earning statements and W-2 forms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As a GHR employee, we require a yearly physical and background check. The client you are working for will determine the status of your other clearances and credentials.
At this time, we do not offer after school jobs. Summer employment will vary as it is based on student enrollment.
Start dates typically happen immediately. However, if you are working for a client that has specific orientation dates, you may need to wait until orientation starts.
Fax copies come in black and white making it hard for our Credentialing Department to make out the important information such as the social security numbers and birth dates that are needed for tax information. We also are not able to get a clear picture of your face that is needed for identification purposes.
Yes, temp-to-perm hire is available. The number of hours that need to be completed are client specific.
No, there is not. It is at the sole discretion of the client to hire you directly.
