GHR Education was started in 2011 by two former special education teachers and is now a leading and trusted educational staffing provider. Since the beginning, GHR Education has helped education professionals and schools reach their goals. We partner with Frontline Technologies (formerly Aesop), one of the leaders in K-12 human capital management, to deliver staff effectively and efficiency. We also provide clients with automated time clocks to remove the hassle of paper timecards.

 Expertise

We have previous elementary and special education teachers on staff who can relate to both clients and candidates. This prior experience working in the classroom enables them to offer advice and insight into student IEP and 504 plans.

  Approach

Our experienced staffing coordinators will learn about the classrooms and the specific needs of the student(s) and/or classroom, then develop a strategy to find qualified candidates with the right skill set.

  Metrics

We use data analytics to assess retention rates, staffing levels, call out patterns, and fill ratios and develop a tailored solution. Only by measuring data can we find any gaps and create solutions to resolve them.

  Compliance

We handle clearances and credentials and will not send candidates to work until approved by the client. Once the candidate is working, all employee compliance is monitored through our system to ensure continued compliance with state and federal regulations.

Our team undergoes regular training and ongoing development that keep them up to date with the latest practices and regulations. We can also provide:
